Geraldine “Gerry” Seidl Geraldine “Gerry” M. Seidl (Mrs. George), 88 of Luxemburg died early Saturday afternoon July 9, 2011 at Fred and Mamies Home, Luxemburg. She was born in Green Bay to the late Joseph J. and Lillian M. (DeChamps) Marchant on July 25, 1922. On February 26, 1946 Gerry married George L. Seidl in Green Bay. He preceded her in death June 10, 1998. For over 30 years Gerry was a beautician in the Luxemburg area. Her enjoyments included playing cards, working puzzle books, reading and was an avid bowler and baseball fan. Survivors include her five children, Joan & Dan Walczyk, Luxemburg, Julie & Dave Mornard, Green Bay, Glen & Chris Seidl, Bob & Patty Seidl, all of Luxemburg, Dale & Martha Seidl, Green Bay, nine grandchildren and two step grandchildren, Lisa Walczyk, Kari (Mike) Daugherty, Pamm (Lance) Bouche, Scott (Laura) Walczyk, Kelli (Brendan) Robertson, Sara (Garrett Johnstone) Mornard , Alycia, Stephanie & Eric Seidl, Michelle Cyr, Richard Cyr, eleven great-grandchildren, Jared, Hailey, Alex, Loryn, Brooke, Travis, Charlie, Karsyn, Melanie, Tia and Milo, many nieces and nephews. Gerry was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one daughter in law, Loreta Seidl, one brother and one sister in law Darold and Dorothy Marchant. Friends may call at the McMAHON FUNERAL HOME, LUXEMBURG, 9:00 to 11:15 am Tuesday, July 12, 2011. Funeral 11:30 am Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastors Dennis and Wendy Mannering officiating. Entombment in Shrine of The Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
