Carmen J. Paider Carmen J. Paider, 88, Pilsen, passed away on August 27, 2011 at the Kewaunee Care Center. Carmen was born on January 7, 1923 in Sugar Bush to the late Elmer and Emma (Jauquet) Davister. On September 4, 1943 she married George S. Paider at St. Hubert Catholic Church in Sugar Bush. He preceded her in death October 26, 2000. She and George owned and operated the family farm in Pilsen. She was a former member of the St. Joseph Altar Society. Family was very important to her. Carmen always tried to watch out for her family’s well being. She was proud to watch her boys on the farm. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting and making excellent gullettes. Carmen is survived by her eight children; Joe (Pat) Paider, Weyauwega, John (Ann) Paider, Luxemburg, Josie (Herb) Trask, Milwaukee, Jim (Georgette) Paider, Ellsworth, Jeff (Debbie) Paider, Jerry (Alice) Paider, all of Luxemburg, Jake (Laura) Paider, Brussels and Jesse (Kathy) Paider, Luxemburg, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters; Isabelle Brunner and Fay Davister, two brothers;Ardeal (Dolores) Davister and Michael “Mickey” (Vicki) Davister, brother-in-law, Clarence Michiels and sister-in-law, Sharon Davister, as well as many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Paider, one sister, Glenda Michiels, one brother, Clyde Davister and one brother-in-law, Walter Brunner. Friends may call at the McMAHON FUNERAL HOME, LUXEMBURG, 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Parish prayer service 7 p.m. led by Deacon Bob Pribek. Visitation will continue Wednesday, ygAugust 31, 2011 between 9:30 and 10:15 a.m. at St. Therese Parish, St. Joseph- St. John Site, Pilsen. Funeral 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Dennis Drury officiating. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. . The family would like to thank Dr. Zenner and the KCC workers for compassionate care shown to Carmen.
