Mark J. Jonet Mark J. Jonet, 79, New Franken died early Thursday morning, January 12, 2012 at his home. He was born October 9, 1932 in Tonet to the late Elmer A. and Pearl J. (Bournoville) Jonet. On September 27, 1958 Mark married Beverly M. Goetsch at St. Mary Church, Luxemburg. He served his country in the United States Coast Guard from 1950 to 1954. Mark owned and operated New Franken Garage for many years. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Beverly and their five children, Susan (Larry) Wleczyk, Green Bay, Peggy (Jeff) Salentine, TN., Judy Jonet, Thomas (Tina) Jonet, all of Green Bay, Robert (Rachael) Jonet, Luxemburg, seven grandchildren, Nathan and Noah Wleczyk, Ben (Melissa) Salentine, Emily Salentine, Megan Jonet, Tori Jonet and Cole Jonet, three sisters, Ethelyn (Norman) McClure, DePere, Eugenia “Gina” Bins, Green Bay, Joan (Larry) Engelbert, IN. one brother -in -law and one sister- in-law, James Goetsch, HI., Sondra Goetsch, Sturgeon Bay. Mark was preceded in death by three brothers- in-law, Ervin Bins, Bill Goetsch, Ed Goetsch Jr. his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ed and Mary Goetsch. Friends may call between 9:00 am and 10:15 am Saturday, January 14, 2012 at St. Kilian Church, New Franken. Funeral 10:30 am Saturday at the church with Rev. William O’Brien officiating. Entombment in Allouez Catholic Mausoleum. The family wishes to extend a special note of thanks to Dr. Peter Fergus and Unity Hospice especially Melanie and Deb for their care and support.
