Carol J. Dalebroux On Friday evening June 8, 2012 our beautiful and loving mother Carol Dalebroux left this world in the arms of angels as they accompanied her to the gates of heaven. There waiting for her were her brother Cletus, parents Ed and Mabel (Gilson) Boulanger, daughter-in-law Becky Dalebroux and her life-long friend Angie DeChamps. She was born 83 years ago in Rosiere on March 13, 1929. Carol married Cyril Dalebroux at St. Odile Church in Thiry Daems on August 20, 1949. They worked together operating and growing the family farm along with their 5 children. Over the years she helped nurture and raise several of her grandchildren. Carol led a full and rich life. She was happiest when surrounded by her large family celebrating birthdays, holidays, weddings and any number of special occasions. She was always eager to know what was going on in the lives of everyone in her family. When any of us talked to her we knew we were the center of her attention, making all of us feel important and truly loved. She was blessed with many, many great friends during the course of her life and she loved socializing, enjoying their company playing cards taking gambling trips, or simply sharing a breakfast or lunch. She also loved Saturday mornings when her daughters, granddaughters and great-granddaughters came to simply visit, play cards or help make one of her favorite recipes. Her strong faith guided her throughout her life and sustained her during the last few years as her health began to decline. Carol was a weekly visitor to the Chapel of Good Help in Robinsonville for over 30 years; spending time praying for the well-being of many people in need of healing. Carol leaves behind Cyril, her loving and caring husband of 62 years along with her five children; her daughters Sue (Lee) Dequaine, Denmark; Cindy (Keith) Tielens, New Franken; her sons Dave (Julie) Dalebroux, Dennis (Bev) Dalebroux, all of Luxemburg; Dean Dalebroux, DePere. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; Denise Larson, Dawn (Cory) Vesser, Jason (special friend Deb) Dalebroux, Jenny (Shaun) Kramer, Jolene (Luke) Chevalier, Anne (Bill) Hopkins, Mike (Alex) Baierl, Paul (Aftin) Baierl, Kirk (Jessica) Dalebroux, Melody Dalebroux (fiancé Tyson), Reed Dalebroux, Ian Dalebroux, Kyle Tielens (special friend Katie) and Kevin Tielens (special friend Jamie); seven great-grandchildren; two brothers in law and two sisters in law, Fred and Pat Dalebroux, Luxemburg; Verna and Merle Borley, Green Bay. Friends may call at McMAHON FUNERAL HOME, LUXEMBURG 4:00 to 7:30 pm on Monday, June 11, 2012. Closing parish prayer service 7:30 pm. Monday.
