Violet E. Duescher Violet E. Duescher, 86, Luxemburg died unexpectedly Friday morning, December 28, 2012. She was born June 20, 1926 in the Town of Lincoln to the late Albert and Martha (Obry) Breitlow. On August 31, 1946 Violet married Henry A. Duescher at St. John Lutheran Church, Rankin. He preceded her in death, October 30, 1997. She farmed with her husband in the town of Montpelier until their retirement in 1986. Violet was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church where she volunteered many hours of her time serving funeral luncheons, making quilts and helping at Bethesda Thrift Shop in Green Bay . Her enjoyments were spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include three sons; David & Marlice Duescher, Kewaunee, Larry & Sharon Duescher, Luxemburg, Ron & Mary Duescher, Algoma, one daughter, Darlene & Jim Kudick, Kewaunee, ten grandchildren, Scott Duescher, Doug Duescher, Tom & Kim Duescher, Eric Duescher, Jody & Tonya Kudick, Corey & Jessica Kudick, Amy & Dusty Vlies, Alan Duescher, Sarah & Charlie VanLaanan, Jill Duescher, sixteen great-grandchildren, one sister in law, Leona Breitlow, special niece and nephew, Janice and Harold Hinz, Van Dyne, many other nieces and nephews. Violet was preceded in death by, three brothers, Elmer (Violet) Breitlow, Ervin (Gertrude) Breitlow, Glenway Breitlow, many brothers in law and sisters in law. Friends may call at St. PAUL LUTHERAN CHURCH, MONTPELIER, 9:00 to 11:15 am Monday, December 31, 2012. Funeral 11:30 am Monday at the church. Burial in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Montpelier.
