Chad R. Lentz Chad R. Lentz, 27, New Franken, died unexpectedly late Friday night, September 6, 2013. Chad was born in Three Rivers, Michigan, June 24, 1986, He graduated from Green Bay East High School in 2004. Our Son, Chad R. Lentz will deeply missed by his parents, Daisy and Donald Webb, Luxemburg; Ernest D. Smet, MI. one daughter, Arianna Rae Mattson-Lentz , one sister LaShawna Lamorandier, one brother, Andrew Webb; his special partner Tonya, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends further survive.
