Theresa P. Cisler, 86, Luxemburg passed away Monday morning, November 25, 2013 from congestive heart failure while at home surrounded by family. Theresa was born October 15, 1927 in the town of Eaton to the late Frank and Catherine (Jurczykowski) Bosetski. On October 19, 1945, Theresa married Norbert J. Cisler, where they farmed in the town of Montpelier until their retirement in 1984. He preceded her in death on April 20, 1995. Theresa enjoyed listening to music, polka dancing, going out to eat, and playing rap poker and sheepshead. Survivors include her children Gary Cisler, Joyce Davetas, and Randy Cisler (life partner James Quillen); grandchildren Chanda Davetas, Erica Cisler, Stephanie (Corey) Cardwell, and Matthew Cisler; great-granddaughter Brynn Cardwell; siblings Verna Georgia, Marie Rutten, Richard (Anita) Bosetski, Martha Enderby, Genny (Wayne) Derbique, Francis (Kathy) Bosetski, Rosie Vandenbush, and Carol Bosetski; brother-in-law Tony Barrette; sisters-in-law Doris Ducat and Esther Bosetski. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Catherine Bosetski; husband Norbert J. Cisler; siblings Peter Bosetski, Stanley Bosetski, and Esther Barrette; brothers-in-law Clifford Georgia, Bill Rutten, Joe Vandenbush, and Donald Enderby. Visitation will be from 3 to 7pm Friday, November 29, 2013 at McMAHON FUNERAL HOME, 530 Main St, Luxemburg. Closing parish prayer service 7:00 pm Friday with Deacon Bob Pribek . Visitation will continue Saturday the 30th from 9 to 10:15am at St. Therese Parish, St. Joseph – St. John Site, E860 Hwy 29, Pilsen. Funeral 10:30 am at the church with Rev. Dennis Drury officiating.
