Rosemary Derenne Rosemary Derenne, 87, Luxemburg, formerly of Rosiere, died Saturday afternoon, June 21, 2014 surrounded by her loving family in prayer. She was born in Sugarbush to the late Jule J. and Anna M. (Dantinne) VanDenack on February 05, 1927. Rosemary graduated Valedictorian of her class in 1944 from Casco High School, later attending business college in Minnesota. She was a teletype operator during WWII for the United States Air Force at Patterson Field, Ohio. On April 24, 1946 Rosemary married the love of her life, Walter H. Derenne at Holy Trinity Church, Casco. Together they ran Derenne's General Store in Walhain prior to farming and running the cattle business, while raising their twelve children. He preceded her in death October 11, 1978. Rosemary was preceded in death by, one son in law, Joseph Jossart, one daughter in law, Lori Derenne, two grandchildren, Nicholas Jeanquart, Lawrence Mertens, one sister, Armaine Kushava, one sister in law, Dolores VanDenack, brothers in law and sisters in law, Goldie (Ethel) Derenne, Norris (Arvella) Derenne, Joe (Anna) Derenne, Jennie (Raymond) Baudhuin, Irene (John) Holsbach, Josie (Arnold) Prevost, Clem Derenne, Gene Mancheski.
