Carol M. Malcore Carol M. Malcore (Mrs. David S. Malcore), 69 of Duvall, was guided by the hand of her loving husband on July 24, 2014 to join him eternally in Heaven where they will rest together. February 28, 1945 she was born in Green Bay to the late Harlan E. and Marjorie E. (Brix) Pettey. Near the age of 12, Carol was adopted into the home of George and Eleanor (Nooyen) Jossart in Sugarbush. On July 4, 1964 she married David S. Malcore at St. Hubert Church, Sugarbush. He preceded her in death October 7, 2011. Carol was an employee of Wal-Mart East in Green Bay for several years, retiring to take care of her husband David who was diagnosed with ALS. She loved him dearly and heavenly reminisced this past July 4th, marking their 50th wedding anniversary. She loved sharing herself with people, she had a gigantic smile and a heart to match. Her Faith was strong, her friends were many and she loved family times. Survivors include her three children, Mark Malcore, Carl Malcore, both of Duvall; Dawn (Bill) Whittemore, Chilton; two grandchildren, Michael Malcore and Whitney Whittemore, five brothers and six sisters in law, Gerald and Judy Jossart, Collette Jossart, all of Green Bay; Cecilia ( Dennis Dhuey) Jossart, New Franken; Glen (Ruth) Pettey, PN; Patricia Prudhomme, FL; Sandra (Evertt) Gratto, Crandon; Ronald Pettey, Florence; Clinton Thornton, Howard; four brothers in law and four sisters in law, Tom (Nancy) Malcore, Luxemburg; Dennis (Marlene) Malcore, Algoma; Jeff (Deann) Malcore Green Bay; John (Sonia) Malcore, Luxemburg; many nieces and nephews. Carol was preceded in death by her birth parents Marjorie and Harlan Pettey, her adopted parents, Eleanor and George Jossart, one infant daughter Kay, four sisters and five brothers, Adeline, Norman, Raphael and Joseph Jossart, Beverly Pettey, Marjorie Thornton, Margaret (Jerome) Van Eyck, Ronald Prudhomme, Henry Pettey, her father in law and mother in law, Madeline and Marvin Malcore. Friends may call at the McMAHON FUNERAL HOME, LUXEMBURG, 3:00 to 7:00 pm on Monday, July 28, 2014. Closing parish prayer service 7:00 pm with Deacon Paul Zenefski on Monday. Visitation will continue between 10:00 and 10:45 am on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at St. Peter Church, Lincoln. Funeral 11:00 am Tuesday at the church with Deacon Paul Zenefski officiating.
