Linda L. Seidl

LINDA L. SEIDL Linda L. Seidl, 67, passed away Monday March 16, 2015 with her loving children by her side at the Unity Hospice, DePere, WI. She was born in Kewaunee County August 11, 1947 the daughter of Ewald and Vernice (Kratz) Prahl. She attended school at St. Paul Lutheran and Luxemburg High School. On November 29, 1969 she married Larry Seidl in the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Luxemburg and together they had three children. Larry preceded her in death November 15, 2001. In her early years she worked at St. Vincent Hospital, Parkview Manor Nursing Home and briefly for home care in Kewaunee County. Linda was a current member of St. John Lutheran Church in Luxemburg, she was active in the St. John's Choir, Alter Guild and Prayer Chain up until the time of her illness. She enjoyed reading, music, word puzzles, watching movies and going to Door County with friends. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren. Survivors include her children, Shannon Seidl, Sharee (Jim) Dost, and Chad Seidl; grandchildren Evan and Logan Dost; sister Delores Reckelberg; brother Gordon Prahl; brother-in-law Tom Seidl and sister-in-law Carol Lee Masino. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Larry, sister Marion Koudelka. Friends may call between 8:30 am and 10:45 am on Thursday March 19, 2015 at St. John Lutheran Church, Luxemburg. Funeral 11:00 am Thursday March 19, 2015 at the church with Reverend Carl Brewer officiating. Burial to follow at the St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Luxemburg.
