Rose T. Romuald Rose T. Romuald, 96 of Luxemburg, died early Saturday afternoon, April 11, 2015 at Oak Creek Assisted Living in Luxemburg. She was born April 15, 1918 in Duvall to late Desire and Mary (Engebose) Tassoul. On December 29, 1936, Rose married Julian Joseph Romuald at St. Francis DePaul Church in Duvall. He preceded her in death March 22, 1985. Together they ran a dairy farm in Luxemburg until Julian's death. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Luxemburg and a member of the Christian Mother Society. The Mass and the rosary were very important to Rose, she attended Mass and prayed the rosary daily. She loved to make a garden, she loved to bake especially cookies of all kinds, Belgian pies and apple pies as a treat for anyone who visited. Rose loved people, loved to play cards, loved to socialize and spend time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include one son and one daughter in law, Dale and Kathy Romuald, Luxemburg; five grandchildren, Gerald (Jane) Prevost, New Franken; Linda (Ray) Balza, Brian (Stacey) Prevost, all of Luxemburg; Jeff Romuald, Luxemburg; Jenny (Jacob) Grovogel, Rio Creek; seven great-grandchildren, Michelle and Christine Prevost, Lisa (Ryan) Schwalen, Gregory (Leila) Balza, Brianna and Kendall Prevost, Eli Grovogel; five great-great grandchildren, Autumn Gruber, Lauren and Ayda Schwalen, Owen Balza, nieces, nephews and many friends further survive. Rose was preceded in death by her daughter and son in law, Germaine and Myron Prevost, five brothers and four sisters, Louie (Jenny) Tassoul, Jule (Muriel) Tassoul, John (Ida) Tassoul, Bill (Josie) Tassoul, Carl Tassoul, Ida (Gilbert) Vandertie, Josie (Jerry) Vandermause, Louise Tassoul, and Nora Tassoul. Friends may call at St. Mary Church, Luxemburg, 9:00 am to 10:45 am, Tuesday, April 14, 2015. Funeral 11:00 am on Tuesday at the church with Rev. Milton Suess officiating. Entombment in the Shrine of The Good Shepherd Mausoleum, Green Bay.
