Margaret F. Johnson Heaven gained a special angel on May 21, 2015 as Margaret F. Johnson entered the gates of Heaven. She was born in Luxemburg to the late Louis and Catherine (Oberhofer) Zellner on September 04, 1920. On October 21, 1941 Margaret married Harold J. Johnson at St. Mary Church, Luxemburg. Harold and Margaret ran a small farm for many years and also owned and operated Johnson Ford of Luxemburg, where she was the bookkeeper. Harold preceded her in death on January 31, 1973. She was a life long member of St. Mary Church in Luxemburg where she was a member of the Christian Mother Society. Margaret was an excellent cook and made many meals for her family. Her enjoyments included playing cards, crocheting, listening to polka music and making treats for her grandchildren. The holidays were a special time for her, celebrating with her entire family. Survivors include her children, Allen (Diane) Johnson, Green Bay; Carol (David) Baierl, Luxemburg; Ethel (Wayne) Delfosse, Green Bay; Sally (John) Slatky, Lee (Cindy) Johnson, all of Luxemburg; two daughters in law, Pat Johnson, Julie (friend Gary Blohowiak) Johnson all of Green Bay; 23 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; one brother, Norman (Jean) Zellner, Luxemburg; three sisters in law, Jlaine Zellner, Luxemburg; Elaine Johnson, Green Bay; Blanche Christoff, Abrams; many nieces and nephews. Margaret was preceded in death by three children, Leonard "Red" Johnson (2011), Karen Johnson-Grogan (2001), Jim Johnson (2005), one sister, Catherine Zellner, two brothers, Alois (Marie) Zellner, Cletus (LaVerne) Zellner; four brothers in law and one sister in law, Harvey (Vivian) Johnson, Willard Johnson, Homer Johnson and Donald Christoff. Friends may call 3:00 to 7:00 pm, Monday, May 25, 2015 at St. Mary Church, Luxemburg. Closing parish prayer service 7:00 pm on Monday. Visitation will continue between 9:30 and 10:45 am on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at St. Mary Church, Luxemburg. Funeral 11:00 at the church with Rev. Milton Suess officiating. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Luxemburg.
