GEORGE J JISA George J. Jisa, 95, Pilsen died early Tuesday morning, December 01, 2015 in Kewaunee. He was born in Pilsen on April 22, 1920 to the late Joseph P. and Mary (Hoida) Jisa. On January 29, 1944 he married Irene F. Koudelka at St. Joseph Church, Pilsen. He was employed with John Jisa as an electrician, ran a dairy farm in Pilsen and retired from the Kewaunee County Highway Department in 1985. His enjoyments included fishing especially perch, singing with the Wisconsin Czech Choraliers and spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife of 71 years, Irene; one son and two daughters in law, Dennis and Carol Lynn Jisa, Green Bay; Nancy Jisa, Pilsen; one son in law, Randall Gruetzmacher, Luxemburg; eight grandchildren, Kim (David) Bertrand, Tom (Jane) Jisa, Stacy (Randy) Paplham, Renee (Aaron) Krier, Jacqueline (Brian) Piontek, Susan (Steve) Zellner, Katie (Dan) Engebose, Jason Gruetzmacher; 16 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Lillian Challis, Pulaski; Emily Heemstra, Milwaukee; nieces and nephews. George was preceded in death by one son, Robert J. Jisa; one daughter, Jilliene C. Gruetzmacher; one great-grandchild, Nicole Bertrand; three sisters and five brothers in law, Mary and William Chesner, Alice and William Selner, Agnes and Victor Stroik, Donald Challis, Orville Heemstra. Friends may call at St. Therese Parish, St. Joseph-St. John Site, Pilsen from 9:00 am to 10:45 am, Friday, December 04, 2015. Funeral Friday 11:00 am at the church with Rev.
