Patricia A. Stroebel Patricia Ann Stroebel (nee Wojtowicz) 75 of Little Chute, passed away Thursday evening, December 3, 2015 at Brewster Village Nursing Home in Grand Chute near Appleton. She was born April 13, 1940 to the late Walter Sr. and Laura (Berndt) Wojtowicz in Milwaukee. On April 13, 1963 she married Russell L. Rueth in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death December 31, 1989. They had no children. She read in the newspaper that her first steady "boy friend" had lost his wife to Multiple Sclerosis on May 29, 1998 and a year later Pat married Bob Stroebel on May 15, 1999 at St. Michael's Traditional Catholic Church in DePere. She was the greatest Packer fan in the state of Wisconsin, boasting as a stock holder. A self taught seamstress she held pride in creating seasonal doll clothing for several nursing homes. Pat was a bookkeeper/accountant for the Dohmen Pharmaceutical Company, retiring in 2000. Her enjoyments included love for all animals, especially cats and dogs, Elvis Presley music, and wearing Packer attire. Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Bob Stroebel; three stepchildren, Kristina Simancik, AZ; Melodie and Christopher Debleick, Rapid City; Joseph Stroebel, Oshkosh; two grandchildren, Veronica (Tamarreo) Spear, Xavier Deplieck; three great-grandchildren; two brothers and four sisters in law, John (Barbara) Wojtowicz, Milwaukee; James (Karen) Wojtowicz, Milwaukee; Sandy Wojtowicz, Milwaukee; Stephanie Wojtowicz, West Bend; Jeanne ( Bob) Schulz, Crivitz; one sister, Frances (Robert) Helgemo, Chippewa Falls; two brothers in law and two sisters in law, John and Jutta Stroebel, Fennimore; Alan and Mary Stroebel, Pewaukee; nieces and nephews. Pat was preceded in death by two brothers, Walter Wojtowicz Jr. and Lawrence G. Wojtowicz; brothers in law and sisters in law, S. Duane and Patricia Stroebel, Donald G. and Patricia Stroebel, Kenneth and Faye Niederkorn. Friends may call at the McMAHON FUNERAL HOME, LUXEMBURG, 2:00 to 4:00 pm, (today) Sunday, December 6, 2015. Closing parish rosary at 4:00 pm. Visitation will continue 9:00 to 9:45 am, Monday, December 07, 2015 at St. Michael Chapel, 1782 Chapelle Rue, DePere, Wisconsin. Traditional Requiem High Mass 10:00 am at the church with Reverend Father Steven McDonald officiating. Burial in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Slovan. www.mcmahonfh.com.
