Caroline Jonet Caroline E. Jonet (Mrs. Marvin Jonet) 85, New Franken died early Friday morning, December 11, 2015 following a short illness, at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay. She was born in the Town of Red River on October 16, 1930 to the late, William and Katherine (Bodart) Nellis. On November 29, 1947 she married Marvin P. Jonet at St. Joseph Church, Champion. She loved to cook and can, sew for her family especially wedding gowns, tend to her vegetable garden and motor home travel especially to Arizona and Alaska. Caroline loved to spend time with her family for holiday gatherings, each grandchild receiving a handmade ornament of memory. She will be greatly missed. Survivors her husband of 68 years, Marvin and their children, Len (Jan) Jonet, Green Bay; Jerry (Donna) Jonet, New Franken; Diane (Doug) DuBois, Kristy Pedersen, all of Green Bay; Jean (Robert) Baranczyk, Sturgeon Bay; 14 grandchildren, Tami (Rick) Process, Kimberly (Mike) Powers, Melissa (Dan) Opicka, Philip Jonet, Brent (Katie) DuBois, Amanda (Nate) Thomas, Trevor (Misty) Pedersen, Amber (Chris) Hellmann, Cassandra Gaestel, Alecia Gaestel, Jake Baranczyk, Ben Baranczyk, Abby Baranczyk; 16 great grandchildren; one brother in law and two sisters in law, Vernelda and Alvin Vaness, Bay Settlement; Rosella VandenHouten, Lincoln; nieces and nephews. Caroline was preceded in death by one daughter, Debbie Gaestel; one granddaughter, Jenna Baranczyk; one brother, three sisters and four brothers in law, Odile (Walter) Ducat; Evelyn (Edwin) Legois; Donald Nellis; Virgil (Wilfred) Jonet; Wilfred VandenHouten; one godson, Dennis Jonet.
