Ronald E. (Ron) Ullmann, 66, of Luxemburg, passed away at home early Wednesday morning May 4, 2016, with his family by his side. He was born in November 26, 1949 to the late Elmer and Ruth (Dahlke) Ullmann in Green Bay. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Luxemburg his entire life, serving on the cemetery board for many years. He was a 1967 graduate of Luxemburg High School and worked at the Casco FS from 1975 to 1986. Ron was a farmer all of his life, working on the Ullmann family farm from the time he could follow his Dad around, until his health problems prevented him from doing what he loved. He was an avid Packer fan, loved going to tractor pulls, collecting model tractors, playing cards with family and friends, having friends come to visit him and especially spending time with his nephews Ben and Jake Ullmann. Survivors include his three sisters and two brothers, Carolyn (Larry) Jorgenson, Algoma; Sue Ullmann, Green Bay; Jane (Joe) Bester, MN; Mark Ullmann, Luxemburg; Dean (Darlene) Ullmann, Luxemburg; four nephews, Ben and Jake Ullmann, Andy (Marcy) Jorgenson, Mike (Toni) Jorgenson; one great niece, Carmen Jorgenson; one great nephew, Clay Jorgenson; many other close relatives and friends. Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Ruth Ullmann, paternal grandparents, Otto and Ida Ullmann, maternal grandparents, Fred and Mathilda Dahlke. Friends may call at St. John Lutheran Church, 700 Heritage Road, Luxemburg, 4:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday, May 6, 2016. Parish prayer service 7:30 pm on Friday. Visitation continues between 9:00 and 10:45 am at St. John Lutheran Church, Saturday, May 7, 2016. Funeral 11:00 am Saturday at the church with Rev. Carl Brewer officiating.
