Eleanor C. Dufek Eleanor C. Dufek, 82 of New Franken, passed away on November 16, 2016 surrounded by her family. She was born April 26, 1934 in New Franken to the late Peter and Mary (Schott) Tauschek. On April 14, 1956 she married Wallace "Wally" L. Dufek at St. Kilian Church, New Franken. He preceded her in death on October 28, 2013. Ellie was a member of the Ralph Kline American Legion Auxiliary Unit 262, Luxemburg. In addition to farming, raising six children, holding a real-estate license Ellie enjoyed working the voting polls for the Town of Green Bay. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Survivors include her six children, Lynn (Terry) Jerabek, Forestville; Jean (Roland) Treml, Mary Jo (Randy) Gigot, all of New Franken; Paul (Mary) Dufek, Livermore, CA; Lori (Dan) LeGrave, Casco; Larry (Patricia) Dufek, New Franken; 16 grandchildren, Jesse (Amy) Jerabek, Kelly (Amanda) Jerabek, Amanda (Jarod) Ballard, Kristine (Brian) Matysiak, Jon (Katie) Treml, Matt Gigot, Mike (Nicole) Gigot, Danielle Dufek, Grant Dufek, Katlin (Jeremy) Rubens, April LeGrave, Valerie LeGrave, Glen Dufek, Tiffany Dufek, Kayla Dufek and Emma Dufek; ten great-grandchildren, Ethan, Isaac, Addison, Adrian and Noelle Jerabek, Jalen and Kamden Ballard, Chloe and Anastasia Matysiak; Emeline Gigot; one sister, Anna Weisse, MN; one brother in law and one sister in law, Richard Dufek, Sturgeon Bay; Dorene Dufek, Green Bay; many nieces and nephews. Ellie was preceded in death by, one brother, Leo (Virgina) Tauschek; three sisters and two brothers in law, Sister Rose Celine Tauschek, Sister Mary Peter Tauschek, Agnes (Alton) Van Rite, Roland Weisse; three brothers in law and two sisters in law, George (Patricia) Dufek, Carolyn (Robert) Marin, Francis Dufek; her father in law and mother in law, George and Irene Dufek. Friends may call 8:30 to 10:45 am on Monday, November 21, 2016 at St. Kilian Church, New Franken. Funeral 11:00 am, Monday at the church with Rev. Carlo Villaluz officiating.
