Martha M. Karnopp Martha M. Karnopp, 96 of New Franken, formerly of Luxemburg, died early Saturday afternoon, March 25, 2017. She was born in Kewaunee County on March 06, 1921 to the late Engelbert and Margaret (Kelnhoffer) Treml. On August 24, 1946 she married Harold B. Karnopp at St. Mary Church, Luxemburg. He preceded her in death on June 12, 1998. Survivors include one daughter, Bonnie Kaufman, Luxemburg; one grandchild; four great grandchildren; two brothers and four sisters in law, Tony (June) Treml, Bobby (June) Treml, Margaret Theys, Joan Karnopp; nieces and nephews. Martha was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Leo (Regina) Treml, Leonard (Beatrice) Treml, George (Mayme) Treml, Edmund (Virgina) Treml, Dorothy (Joe) Stodola, Anna (Frank) Stodola, Gertrude (Dan) Arendt, Louis Theys; brothers in law and sisters in law, Raymond, Harvey, Victor, Leroy (Evelyn) Karnopp. Friends may call 9:00 to 10:45am on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Holy Trinity Church, Casco.
