Mercedes M. Dhuey Mercedes M. Dhuey, 92, formerly of Casco died Saturday evening, April 08, 2017 at Autumn Fields CBRF. She was born on April 02, 1925 in Dyckesville to the late Clem and Alice (Boucher) Dejardin. On June 10, 1947 Mercedes married Russell J. Dhuey at St. Louis Church in Dyckesville. He preceded her in death on July 07, 2016. Together they ran a dairy farm until their retirement and moved to Casco. Her enjoyments included quilting, baking and cooking. She loved to garden and always had a fresh, warm meal ready for her family. Spending time visiting with neighbors and family were always priority. Survivors include her five children, Dennis (special friend Cecilia Jossart) Dhuey, New Franken; David (Linda) Dhuey, Little Suamico; Diane (Dave) Elsen, Suamico; Dale (Gail) Dhuey, Green Bay; Daniel (Barb) Dhuey, New Franken; eleven grandchildren, Eric (Patti) Dhuey, Jessica (Mark) Durham, Chris (Angie) Dhuey, Tania Scrima, Scott (Brooke) Dhuey, Sarah Jacobs, Paul (Jenny) Jacobs, Brandon (special friend, Sara), Mandi (Branden) Luehring, Nick Dhuey, Josh Dhuey, nine great-grandchildren, Lauren, Tara, Bryce, Quinn, Grant, Harper, Owen, Evan and Bryce; two sisters, Dorothy Dhuey, Hobart; Lillian DuBois, New Franken; two sisters in law, Carol Jean Devillers, Kiel; Elsie Dhuey, Two Rivers; nieces and nephews. Mercedes was preceded in death by one daughter in law, Patricia Dhuey; one grandson in law, Brian Scrima; four brothers, Lawrence Dejardin, Peter (Emma) Dejardin, Cyril (Libby) Dejardin, Martin (Stella) Dejardin; one sister and three brothers in law, Rita (Jim) Weidner, Goldie Dhuey, Clifford DuBois; five brothers in law and three sisters in law, Ronald Devillers, Jim Dhuey, Harold (Francine) Dhuey, Emily (Alois) Laurent, Lorretta (Louis) Thiry. Friends may call at St. Peter Church, Lincoln, 9:00 to 10:45 am, Wednesday, April 12, 2017. Funeral 11:00 am on Wednesday at the church with Rev. Ron Columbo and Deacon Paul Zenefski officiating.
