Wencil J. Cisler Wencil J. Cisler, 96 Luxemburg died early Tuesday morning, July 04, 2017, at Autumn Fields Assisted Living, Luxemburg. He was born in the Town of Montpelier on February 15, 1921 to the late Joseph M. and Anna (Granchalek) Cisler. On October 15, 1960 he married Shirley L. Bast at St. Mary the Angels Church, Green Bay. She preceded him in death on May 26, 2010. He ran a dairy farm in Luxemburg until his retirement in 1985. Following retirement he worked part-time for Rueckl Construction as needed. He was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters, St. Joseph Court 2080. His enjoyments included gardening and most of all using his hands, repairing machinery, recycling projects to repurpose counter tops, windows and alike. Survivors include three children, John Cisler; Thomas (Sheila) Cisler, all of Luxemburg; Margaret (Michael) Stangel, Forestville; five grandchildren, Brandon and Bret Cisler, Rachel Cisler, Joshua and Jacqueline Stangel; two sisters, Emily Johnson, IL; Lillian C. Ledvina, Pilsen; two brothers in law and one sister in law, Robert Bast, Milwaukee; Donald (Judy) Bast, Manitowoc; Marilyn Saduske, Two Rivers; nieces and nephews. Wencil was preceded in death by, one daughter, Angela Cisler; two brothers, Joseph (Gertrude) Cisler, Albert (Marie) Cisler; two sisters and four brothers in law, Josephine (Elmer) Rolkosky, Rose (Glen) Lannoye, Carl "Bill" Johnson and Emil Ledvina; one brother in law and one sister in law, Chester Saduske, Fran Bast.
