Debra Mary Cesar Debby M. Cesar, passed away peacefully after a hard fought battle with cancer on Tuesday, July 25th 2017. She was born on June 25,1957 in Green Bay to late Lester and Germaine (Jonet) Marchant. Debby grew up in Duvall and graduated from Luxemburg Casco High School. On Valentines Day, February 14, 1997 she married Reuben R. Cesar in Luxemburg, WI. They recently celebrated 20 years of marriage. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle and especially spending time with her grandchildren. She always put others needs ahead of her own. Debby was a caring, outgoing person who was dedicated to her career and formed many lasting personal friendships with her coworkers. Most recently she was employed with AC Nielsen and was very thankful for her colleague support even after her declining health forced her to retire. Debby is survived by her husband Reuben, children, Matthew (Jodi) Kittell, Joshua Kittell; grandsons, Mason and Cameron Kittell, sisters, Julie (Dennis) Soquet, Joan (John) Skinner, Dawn (Kurt) DeJardin, Kim (Paul) Quinnette, Barb Alsteen; brother, Gerard Ratajczak; brothers in law and sisters in law, Audrey Krautkramer, Rose Marie Nell, Stephanie (Bill) Calmes, John (Joyce) Cesar, Charlotte (Gary) Kirchman, Esther Hopkins, Kay Cesar, Judy Allen; many cousins, nieces and nephews. Debby was preceded in death by, Gary Alsteen, Lloyd Cesar, Michael Cesar, Sy Krautkramer. Friends may call at the McMAHON FUNERAL HOME, LUXEMBURG, 3:00 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 02, 2017. Closing memorial service with Deacon Bob Miller, 7:00 pm. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Debby's memory. Thank you to the doctors and nurses at Aurora for the many years of great care that were given to Debby. A heartfelt thank you to Christina for always being there for us! Debby was inspired by the love and support she received from her friends and family during her battle with cancer and was grateful to attend her recent benefit. She always had a special love for angels and we find comfort knowing that she is now among them.
