Antone J. Kushava Antone J. Kushava “Uncle Tony” 104, of Green Bay, joined his wife Armaine in Heaven on November 16, 2017. He was an amazing storyteller and Uncle to a lot of people. He was born June 24, 1913 to the late Frank and Pauline (Warden) Kushava in Lena. Later he moved to Kenosha and was employed with American Motors for many years. He then moved to Green Bay and was employed with Larsen Canning. He married Armaine VanDenack at SS. Peter and Paul Church, Green Bay on June 13, 1974. She preceded him in death on July 02, 2011. They enjoyed many years at their cabin in Crivitz and hunting with their dogs. He loved spending time outdoors in the garden and just working in general, especially exercising. He also enjoyed watching the Packers and wrestling, especially when his great nephews took him to a match for his 100th birthday. Tony was a bright light until his last days, always joking, you could not spend time with him and not smile. He will be greatly missed by nieces and nephews especially, Char and Randy Everard; Zac Everard; Lance Everard; Whitney Everard; Derek Schmelzer; Drew Derenne; Cathy Fameree; Jean Winters; Vicki Schmelzer; and other family members who cared for him. He is further survived by his sister, Leona Belongia; one brother in law, Julius (Pat) VanDenack.
