Aurelia "Rella" A. Dalebroux, 94, Luxemburg, died early Saturday evening, May 25, 2024, two days shy of her 95th birthday. She was born on May 27, 1929, in Luxemburg to the late William N. and Katherine M. (VanDenBush) Zellner. She married Gerald J. Dalebroux at St. Mary Church, Luxemburg, on Aug. 6, 1949. He preceded her in death on June 7, 2003. She was a member of the Ralph Kline American Legion Auxiliary Unit 262. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved her kids. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed gathering the family for her famous baked chicken, incredible beef stew, coleslaw and a variety of homemade pies. She is survived by her children, Sally (Michael) Wiericks; Brian (Marcia) Dalebroux; Todd (Karen) Dalebroux; Michael (Joanie) Dalebroux; Michelle (Patrick) Morris; Maria Dalebroux; one daughter-in-law Mary Dalebroux; thirteen grandchildren, Brandon and Brent Dalebroux, Christopher (Jeanine) and Cory Wiericks, Greg (Lala), Lee (Katie) and Steve (Jessica) Dalebroux, Alexis Dalebroux, Josh (Lindsey) Dalebroux, Alicia (Dylan) Mercier, Kaitlyn and Collin Morris and Audrey Wong; two brothers and one sister-in-law, James Zellner, Donny & Rita Zellner; two sisters-in-law Fern Dalebroux and Margaret Zuege; nine great grandchildren Atari, Theodore and Ruthie, Alex and Ethan, Oliver, Owen (and one on the way), Calvin and Jonah. Aurelia was preceded in death by her husband Gerald, son Randy Dalebroux, one brother and two sisters in law, Arthur "Archie" (Beulah) Zellner; her sister-in-law, Rosie Zellner, two sisters Doloris (Smitty) Worachek and Marilyn J. (Bob) Jossart; four brothers-in-law Roland Dalebroux, Arnold (Jean) Dalebroux, Robert Dalebroux and Tom Zuege; three sisters-in-law Rita (Leonard) Vogel, LaVerne (Earl) Gillis, Duwayne (Jim) Ravet. Visitation will be between 9:00 and 10:45 a.m. Saturday, June 1, 2024, at St. Joseph Church, Champion. Funeral 11:00 am with Rev. Carlo Villaluz officiating. A private entombment will be at the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
