Cletus R Virlee

NEW FRANKEN: Cletus Ronald Virlee,78, died at home on March 26, 2021 with his family by his side. He was born on November 21, 1942, to the late Anton and Doris (DePeau) Virlee. Cletus is survived by his wife Anita who was his soul mate and his exercise partner during his battle with Parkinson’s. They were united in holy matrimony on June 6, 1964 and their union blessed them with three children. He worked over 30 years at Konop Vending and while retired, he enjoyed fishing, golfing and playing cards with friends. He was the President of Chaudoir’s Dock where Cletus and Anita spent their summers with friends for 13 years. Cletus is survived by his wife of 56 years, Anita: three children, Christopher (Annette) Virlee and their children, Alexis and Ian; Jill (Richard) Monfils, and their children (Ryan and Jacob); Lisa (Dennis) McDonald and their children (Matthew, Nathan, and John); one brother, Randy (Cindy) Virlee.; six sisters-in-law, Jackie (Ron) White, Mary Albert, Tricia Markham, Myra Lagerman, Gayla (Dean) DeGrave, Shirley Albert; one brother-in-law Dean Albert. Also proceeded in death by one brother Kenneth Virlee; father- in-law and mother-in-law, Myron and Lillian Albert; brother-in-law, Donald Albert and aunts and uncles. Friends may call between 9:00 am and 10:45 am on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at St. Joseph Church, Champion. Cletus’s life will be honored with a mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph’s Church in Champion at 11:00 am on Wednesday with Rev. Carlo Villaluz officiating . He will be laid to rest at the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum, Green Bay. Covid-19 Virus protection will be in place by social distancing, sanitizing and asking that face coverings be worn, please. A special thanks to our support system and care team: Randy and Cindy Virlee, Sharon DePeau, Cheryl Sinkula, Comfort Keepers-Kristen and our nurses from Aurora at Home. During our father’s journey to heaven, we were overwhelmed with the amount of love we received from our family and friends. Our memories of our father/husband will always be near and dear to us.
