David Joseph LeGrave Sr. age 77 of Casco, WI passed away Monday evening, April 12, 2021 at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay. He was born in Kewaunee County on June 15, 1943 to the late Clifford and Esther (Vandervest) LeGrave. On June 30, 1962 David married Patricia Ann Herlache at St. Mary Church in Algoma. She preceded him in death March 12, 1992. David loved spending time outdoors especially hunting. He spent his life working hard on the family farm along with working fulltime at local feed mills for over forty years. Survivors include four children, David J. LeGrave Jr, Lori (Chris) Sampo, Dennis (April) LeGrave, Lisa (Nicholas) Schuh; eight grandchildren, Erica (Adam) LeRoy, Brianna (Stephen) Nichols, Carmen Sampo, Sylvia Sampo, Grace LeGrave, Rosanna LeGrave, Isaiah LeGrave, Patrick LeGrave; two great-grandchildren, Charlotte and Augustine LeRoy, and another arriving in October of 2021; brothers and sisters, Linda (Wayne) Veeser, Leonard (Ann) LeGrave, Daniel (Lori) LeGrave; nieces, nephews, and many friends . David was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; his father in law and mother in law, Roland and Ruth Herlache; two brothers in law and two sisters in law; two nephews and one niece. Friends may call 4:00 to 7:00 pm, Thursday, April 15, 2021 at St. Hubert Church in Rosiere (E3085 County Road X, Casco, Wi. 54205). Closing parish prayer service with Deacon Ray Ambrosius at 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue between 9:00 and 10:45 am at the church on Friday, April 16, 2021. Funeral 11:00 am on Friday with Rev. Edward Looney officiating. Burial in St. Hubert Cemetery, Rosiere.
