Gail A. Allen, 65 of Dyckesville, died unexpectedly on Monday evening, July 5, 2021. He was born on December 30, 1955, in Warren PA. to Arnold D. and Mary E. (Gnagey) Allen. On October 10, 1992, Gail married Diane R. Schroepfer in Antigo. He was currently employed with Neenah Foundry as a sales representative. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend. Gail triumphed over cancer and its wicked treatment, and he has triumphed again, this time by entering God’s glorious kingdom. Gail’s life was filled with love and laughter. At the very core of that love is his wife, Diane. They were true partners, for better or worse, in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. Just days before his death, Gail thanked Diane for her steadfast strength and commitment to him, their families, and to their life together. They made an incredible team. Also at the core of Gail’s happiness were his children and his beautiful granddaughter, who he was able to spend significant time with earlier this year. Gail was always surrounded by incredible friends and family and the devotion of his companion Bailey Rose. Gail felt at home and at peace on the water. He loved boats, especially the natural beauty of wooden ones, and would often spend time enveloped by the gentle rocking motion of open water. While his earthly time has come to an end, Gail most certainly is now floating on heavenly waters, in a beautiful wooden boat under clear skies, gently rocking in God’s warm, loving embrace.
