Gloria M. Depas

Gloria M. Depas, 93, Luxemburg, died Wednesday evening, January 4, 2023. She was born February 19, 1929, to the late Leo W. and Alice (Fett) Hoffman, growing up on the family farm in Rio Creek. On June 1, 1949, she married Erwin C. Depas at Holy Trinity Church, Casco. She was a member of St. Mary Church in Luxemburg and a member of the Christian Mother Society of St. Mary Church. Gloria enjoyed golfing, canning and sewing during her free time while raising five children. She was a phenomenal cook and gardener. She will be greatly missed by her devoted husband of 73 years, Erwin, and her children, Diane (Bob) Brown, Chris (Terry) Strandt, Lynn (Greg) Fisher, Greg (Sharon) Depas, Cindy (Ron) Peot; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one sister, Gail (Ed) Treml. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Gary (Joan) Hoffman. Friends may call between 9:00 and 10:45 am on Wednesday, January 11,2023, at St. Mary Church, 1412 Main Street, Luxemburg, 54217. Funeral 11:00 am on Wednesday, at the church, with Rev. Daniel Schuster officiating. Entombment in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd, Mausoleum, Green Bay.
