Heaven gained another Angel on Saturday, April 21st, 2018 when Harold Harry Jeanquart, 91, joined Mae, the love of his life, into the arms of their Lord and Savior. Harold was born in Namur on March 20, 1927 to Joseph and Annie (Servais) Jeanquart. He married Mae Lillian Soukup on June 7th, 1950 and together they ran the Jeanquart family farm in the town of Union for over 40 years. Mae preceded him in death on Dec. 26, 2017. From childhood on he enjoyed commercial and recreational fishing. Many have heard his hair-raising stories of ice fishing on the waters of Green Bay. Harold served on the Door County Board of Supervisors and was Union Town Chairman for a number of years. He was awarded Door County Outstanding Young Farmer in 1962 and Farmer of the Year in 1984. One of his greatest gifts was his willingness to help others, never expecting anything in return. He was happiest when he was busy and loved spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. Together Harold and Mae loved and followed the Lord through St. Mary of the Snows Parish in Namur, Faith Alive in Sturgeon Bay and most recently and currently, Stewards of Grace Ministries, Namur. Harold will be deeply missed by his five loving and devoted daughters, Barb (Chris) Derenne, Luxemburg; Sandy (Bill) VanBeaver, Brussels; Debbie (Greg) Lake, Green Bay; Terri (Jerry) Agamaite, Luxemburg; Patti (Dan) Bouchonville, Luxemburg; his grandchildren, Scott (Michelle) Derenne, Ryan (Nikki) Derenne, Tanya (Tony) Zwick, Tara (Cory) Pierre, Tasha (Jerald) Malvitz, Travis (Sarah) Lake, Sara Lake.
