Kenneth “Ken” J. Kraynik, resident of Bellevue, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023, at the age of 82. Ken was born in Denmark on October 2, 1940, to the late Edward H. and Helen L. (Reuter) Kraynik. He married Judith “Judy” A. Mahlik on September 2, 1961, at St. Joseph Church, Pilsen. Together they were blessed with three children, Todd, Amy, and Troy. Ken started his working career at Hamilton Manufacturing. He then worked for Paper Converting Machine Company, as a Machine Assembler and Road Service Tech, for thirty-four plus years. He was one of the first volunteers for the Bellevue Fire Department. Ken and Judy, along with their son Todd, operated Kraynik’s Berry Farm, in rural Kewaunee. He loved designing and building machinery to be used on the farm. In 2018, the farm was passed down to Todd and his wife, Linda. Ken is survived by his wife of nearly sixty two years, Judy, and three children: Todd (Linda) Kraynik, Amy (Roy) Swallow, both of Kewaunee; Troy (Molly) Kraynik, Sobieski, WI; and grandchildren: Tyler Kraynik; Amanda (Brady) Bartelson; Ryan and Abby Swallow; Hailey and Emma Kraynik; step-grandchildren Jim Swallow, Roseanne (Gary) Feltman; two great grandchildren and four step-great grandchildren. Siblings; Carol Doehler and Kathryn Kraynik. Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Larry and Pat Mahlik, Randy and Mary Duescher, and Mike and Kay Merry. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers-in-law John Doehler and Tom Schroeder; his mother in law and fathers in law, Lucille and Frederic Schroeder, Joseph Mahlik. Friends may call on Friday, August 4, 2023, between 9:00-11:45 a.m. at Prince of Peace Church, 3425 Willow Road, Green Bay, WI. Funeral mass at 12:00 (Noon) p.m. with Rev.
