Lee J. Peot, 69, New Franken, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 27, 2023. He was born in Green Bay on November 3, 1953, to the late Kenneth J. and Merle K. (Novak) Peot. His enjoyments included spending time outdoors especially hunting and fishing or just spending time with his animals. Lee spent countless hours tending to his motorcycle and always looked forward to the Bike Week trip held in Florida at Daytona Beach. He also enjoyed dirt track racing at Luxemburg Speedway for many years. Lee truly loved anything fast and loud! He was passionate about the Wounded Warrior Project, always supporting them. Survivors include his best friend and loving partner of 23 years, Esther, and his five children, Sheri, John, and Robert Biemeret, Kenneth Peot, Kimberly Peot (Jason W. Nobles D.C.); five grandchildren; his siblings, Greg (Sandy) Peot, Patty (Mike) Raisleger, Glenn Peot; nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles further survive. Lee was preceded in death by one son, Scott Peot; his parents, Merle and Kenneth Peot Sr; one brother, Kenneth “Butch” Peot Jr; one sister in law, Mary Peot. Friends may call at St. Mary Church, Luxemburg, between 4:00 and 7:00 pm. Tuesday, January 31, 2023. Closing parish vigil 7:00 pm with Rev. Daniel J. Schuster. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Luxemburg.
