Marie V. De Baker, 97 of Luxemburg, died Friday evening, April 8, 2022, in Green Bay. She was born on April 26, 1924, in Champion to the late William and Victoria (Vandervest) Tilliard. She was a 1942 graduate of East High School in Green Bay. On September 18, 1945, Marie married George De Baker at St. Joseph Church in Champion, then becoming members of St. Louis Parish in Dyckesville, where she spent countless years volunteering to help others. Her enjoyments included square dancing, camping up north at the cabin, gardening and visiting the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help. Survivors include nieces and nephews, Ruth (Ken) Deterville, Nancy (Charles) Lenius, Rose Marie Brunner, Wayne (Bev) Eichhorn, Glen Eichhorn, Richard (Judy) Eichhorn. Marie was preceded in death by her husband, George (March 3, 2003); her parents; one brother, Alvin (Audrey) Tilliard; one niece, Tammy Eichhorn.
