Marion J. Mleziva, 82 of Pilsen, died Tuesday evening, June 05, 2018 at her home. She was born in Kewaunee on September 03, 1935 to the late Aldrich and Caroline (Kust) Kubetz. Marion attended Kewaunee High School and after graduation became a secretary for Kewaunee Engineering. On April 14, 1956 she married Robert E. Mleziva at St. John Church in Krok. He preceded her in death on December 07, 2017. Together they ran a dairy farm until their retirement. They were members of St. Therese Parish, St. Joseph – St. John Site in Pilsen. In addition to working on the farm, Marion volunteered her time at church and enjoyed making kolaches at Heritage Farm. She was a 50-year member of both Catholic Financial Life and Bohemian Czech’s of Wisconsin. Marion was a member of the Czech’s of Norman, an officer of the Zoning Committee and the NFO treasurer. With her husband they attended many polka dances. They took a vacation once a year. Family and friends were very special to her. Survivors include her five children, Debra (Jeff) Noyes, Kohler; Dennis (Reyne) Mleziva, Green Bay; Lois (Jay) VanZeeland, Suamico; Carol (Daniel) Kane, Denmark; Susan (Richard) Vertz, Sun Prairie; grandchildren, Jesse (Michelle) Noyes; Shannon (Jeff) Engel; Tania (Josiah) Pledl; Jason Noyes and special friend Stephanie; Terry (Starr) Mleziva; Jay Engebos; Becky Brown; Sydnie and Riley VanZeeland; Amanda Kane and fiancé Andrew; Sarah Kane; Kendra and Erin Vertz; three great grandchildren, Henley and Hudson Engel; Andrew Noyes; two sisters, Helen (Tom) Fischer; Joan Stodola and special friend John Stahl; two sisters in law, Delores Mleziva; Fran (George) Stahl; a special aunt, Marcie; nieces and nephews. Marion was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Robert; two brothers, Robert Kubetz, Anton (Margaret) Kubetz; two brothers in law, David Mleziva and Michael Stodola. Friends may call at McMAHON FUNERAL HOME, LUXEMBURG, 2:00 to 5:00 pm on Sunday, June 10, 2018. Closing parish prayer service at 5:00 pm with Christal Wavrunek, Pastoral Minister. Visitation will continue between 9:30 and 10:45 am on Monday, June 11, 2018, at St. Therese Parish, St. Joseph – St. John Site, Pilsen. Funeral 11:00 am on Monday at the church with Rev. Dennis Drury officiating.
