Marion A. Raduenz

April 7, 1930 — February 23, 2022

Marion A. Raduenz, 91, Luxemburg, has entered into Heaven in the arms of our Lord Jesus on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. Marion was born on April 7, 1930, to the late Gustav and Irene (Habeck) Kudick. Marion went to school at High Bluff, Kewaunee County, then on to St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran School, Montpelier (rural Luxemburg), Wisconsin. Marion was a lifelong member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, where she was baptized and confirmed. On May 1st, 1946, Marion married Reuben A. Raduenz at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Montpelier. Reuben preceded her in death on June 13th, 1984. In her younger years Marion belonged to the St. Paul Lutheran Church Choir and also Young Peoples Society. She was also a member of St. Paul quilting group which she enjoyed and was a volunteer at Bethesda Thrift Store. She belonged to the Senior Center at St. John Church in Luxemburg, where she helped serve meals and played cards, which she enjoyed. She enjoyed working in her large garden for many years from which she did a lot of canning of vegetables and fruit. Marion worked for many years at the Larson Canning Company in Green Bay, Leyse in Kewaunee and Mirro in Manitowoc, Wisconsin until her retirement at age 65. She enjoyed spending time with family in San Diego, California, and trips to Las Vegas and Arizona with her daughter. But most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren for birthdays, Christmas, and many other occasions, along with many relatives and friends. Marion is survived by her children: Sharon Kubsch, Dennis (Shirley) Raduenz, Marla Dorn, David (Sherry) Raduenz, William Raduenz, Connie (Pastor Steven) Duescher, Randy (Sherry) Raduenz, Roger (special friend Luann) Raduenz. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and nine great- great-grandchildren. Marion is survived by three sisters, Melva Fager, Garnet (Marvin) Dahlke, Caroline Everson; one brother, Karl (Jeanette) Kudick; one sister-in-law Judy Kudick; one son-in-law Gary (Bonnie) Kratz. Marion was preceded in death by her husband, Reuben A. Raduenz; one daughter, Susan Kratz; two infant children, one son-in-law, Ralph Kubsch; one daughter-in-law, LaVerne Raduenz; one granddaughter, Tammy Lynn Raduenz; two great-granddaughters Emmie and Ava Raduenz. She was also preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters-in law, Vernand (Julia) Kudick, Melvin (Betty) Kudick, Gordon Kudick; two brothers-in-law, Milton Fager and Edward Everson. Family and friends may call 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Montpelier, on Monday, February 28, 2022. Funeral 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the church with Rev. Dr. Daniel Olson officiating. Burial in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Montpelier.
