Mark Maynard Ullmann passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at the age of 60. He was born at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay on October 29,1960 to the late Elmer A. and Ruth M. (Dahlke) Ullmann. Mark was a 1979 graduate of Luxemburg-Casco High School. Mark worked as a mechanic at the Luxemburg Implement Company for more than 40 years. Mark’s ability to deal with physical challenges and still keep a positive attitude was an inspiration to everyone who knew him. He liked to keep busy, always wanting to get in on the action. He loved his family dearly. He loved sharing his knowledge of farm machinery with his nephews as they were growing up. Mark was happiest when he was on the farm with his brother and his family. Mark loved working at the Luxemburg Implement, maintaining the inventory and ordering parts. He especially enjoyed talking with customers and farm machinery dealers all around the country. Mark was very knowledgeable about farm machinery and seemed to know what was needed whenever a piece of machinery needed repair. The family is grateful to the Luxemburg Implement staff for providing an accessible workplace and supporting Mark’s needs. Survivors include his siblings Jane (Joe) Ullmann-Bester of Minnesota; and Dean (Darlene) Ullmann of Luxemburg; brother-in-law Larry Jorgenson of Algoma, and four nephews, Andy (Marcy) Jorgenson, Mike (Toni) Jorgenson, Ben (Olivia Wypiszenski) Ullmann and Jake Ullmann. Mark was preceded in death by his parents Ruth and Elmer Ullmann; one brother, Ron Ullmann; two sisters, Sue Ullmann and Carolyn (Ullmann) Jorgenson, paternal grandparents, Otto and Ida Ullmann; maternal grandparents, Fred and Mathilda Dahlke. Friends and family may gather at St John Lutheran Church on Friday, September 3 for a visitation from 4 – 8 PM. Closing prayer service at 8:00 pm on Friday. Visitation will continue between 9:30 and 10:15 am on Saturday, September 4, 2021. Funeral service will be held at St. John Lutheran Church in Luxemburg on Saturday, September 4 at 10:30 AM with Rev. Carl Brewer officiating. Please use your comfort level in regard to wearing a face covering when entering and gathering at the church.
