She was born April 24,1943, in Pine Grove, WI to the late Robert and Mildred (Conrad) Umentum. She attended St. Joseph Academy High School. On February 11, 1961, Michele married Lary Stahl at Holy Trinity Church in Pine Grove, Wisconsin. Michele was an integral part of the family farm where she was the number one calf feeder, managed the books, and kept everything running like a well-oiled machine. She was a huge Green Bay Packer fan and enjoyed traveling with her siblings to support the team. She was very artistic and expressed herself by painting ceramics which she displayed at many craft shows. Volunteering was a passion of Michele’s. She coordinated and organized the prize booth for the monthly Bingo sessions at the Brown County Mental Health Center. She searched for the perfect prizes for the residents there. Being involved in the Church was very important to Michele. She spent many hours helping out at St. Joseph Church, whether it was the funeral services or cutting vegetables for Booyah, to becoming the “ice cream lady” at the church picnic. She had a big heart and donated to many charities from Veterans organizations to numerous animal charities. She was an officer for the Luxemburg-Casco Wrestling Club. She had many interests and was an avid gardener where she donated excess vegetables to churches and food pantries. Food was love to Michele and she poured her heart and soul into everything she baked or cooked. No one went hungry in Michele’s presence.
