Milton J. Falish, 62 of New Franken, died early Monday morning, October 01, 2018 at his home following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in New Franken on March 21, 1956 to the late Alvin J. and Dorothy M. (Jacobs) Falish. He was a 1975 graduate of Preble High School. On December 13, 1975 he married Diane M. Kinnard at Holy Cross Church, Bay Settlement. Milton farmed in the New Franken area while working at various part time jobs all of his life. His enjoyments included hunting, visiting with the neighbors and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Diane, and their four children, Peter Falish (Karmin Vandenbush), Fred (April) Falish, Jennifer Falish (Steve Haufe), all of New Franken; Jeremy (Beth) Falish, Green Bay; eight grandchildren, Marissa, Abby, Jacob, Lucas, Cynthia, Evan, Branden, Claudia; one brother and two sisters in law, Norbert (Donna) Falish, TX; Diane Falish, Algoma; one sister, Marie Cravillion, Algoma; his father in law and mother in law, Vincent and Darlene Kinnard, New Franken, two sisters in law and two brothers in law, LeaAnn Kinnard and Allen Valek, MN; Patti and Mike Van Lanen, New Franken; one godchild, Sarah Kinnard; nieces and nephews. Milton was preceded in death by, one brother, Donald “Porky” Falish; one brother in law, Richard “Dick” Cravillion; one nephew, Scott Besaw.
