Robert “Bob” O. Peronto, 87 of Scarboro, died on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at a local hospital. He was born in Alaska, Wi. On April 14, 1931 to the late Oscar W. and Nellie H. (Shaw) Peronto. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion Ralph Kline Post 262, Luxemburg. On December 26, 1989 Bob married Joan Drake-Peronto. She preceded him in death on December 30, 2003. Bob was a truck driver with Schneider Transport in Green Bay for 26 years. His enjoyments included spending time with the American Legion, going to auctions, tending to Ag Heritage Days, hunting, attending race car races and loved his kitties. Survivors include his three daughters, Laurie Wilson, Dawn Schley, both of Green Bay; Robin (Bruce) Windmiller, Bristol; six grandchildren, Angel Wilson, Chad Wilson, Natalie (Paul) Rose, Nicole (Chris) Hilts, Alex Schley, Kelsey (Andrew) Richart; eight great-grandchildren, Dakota, Cheyanne, Angel, Liam, Cayden, Reese, Ananya and Tegan; two sisters in law, Joan Peronto, Luxemburg; Darlene Peronto, Green Bay, nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by, the mother of his children, Bonnie J. (Barber) Peronto; two brothers, Harvey Peronto and Alvin Peronto; one sister, Margaret “Mickey” (Raymond) Meyer.
