Thomas E. Junio
Thomas "Tom" E. Junio, 79, Luxemburg, joined his wife in Heaven on Friday afternoon March 21, 2025. He was born in Algoma, Wisconsin on August 30, 1945, to the late William and Appollonia (Metzler) Junio. On September 4, 1965, Tom and Jean M. Shaw were united in matrimony at St. Mary Church in Algoma. They shared 55 years together prior to her death on March 18, 2021.
Tom served his country in the United States Army during October of 1965 and October of 1967. He was a member of the American Legion Ralph Kline Post 262 in Luxemburg.
Whether delivering feed or spraying countless acres of farmland, he formed many lasting relationships with his customers at the Rio Creek Feed Mill, over his 37 year history.
Tom was hardworking and always moving. Woodworking, restoring furniture, antiquing, and rummage sales interested him. He had a green thumb and shared the fruits of his labor with many through his garden. There was nothing he could not grow! His love for helping others with his kind and generous spirit, Tom was often found cutting the lawn or shoveling snow for his neighbors. His love poured into his family, being most proud of his children and grandchildren.
Survivors include his four children Kathy (Lee) Johnson, Chan "Chud" (Darcie) Junio, Matt (Rachelle) Junio, Molly (Josh) LaTour; eight grandchildren Julie (Craig) Rozek, Chance (Brittni) Junio, Mackie (Jack) Vandervest, Cody (special friend Brittany) Junio, Carson (Jacob) Zellner, Everett, Everson and Everly; seven great grandchildren Zoey, Eli, Brayden, Bodie, Noah, Lakyn and Blair; one sister in law Diane Junio; nieces and nephews.
